Rocky IV and Blueberry Muffins
16 MayOne of my favorite places to take my blog photos is right in my own home. I imagine myself getting ready for the day and snapping some photos right before jetting out the door to work.
I’ve been looking for these specific trousers ever since I saw them months ago on the fashion feeds. I just couldn’t remember who made them. Lo and behold, they were at LeLutka all along! In world you can see the breaks between the prims and pants layer a bit more, but they’re probably the best wide-legged pants I’ve found yet.
I’m not quite sure about the blonde shades from 69 as they seem quite yellow, but I’ll live with them because the style is so gorgeous! The braid trend in fashion right now is right up my “I wish I could do that to my own hair” alley.
I’m constantly in awe of the artistic skills of Roslin Petion, creator of 5th & Oxford. This top is part of a sexy little slip you’d normally wear in the bedroom, but despite taking pictures in my bedroom, I prefer to integrate lingerie and the like into my everyday outfits.

7 AprI am so amped about this outfit! It’s like, totally tubular! I was refusing to buy this AOHARU top on principal (the principal that all girls who tied their button downs were bimbettes and we should hit them with our ‘sneaks). But then I saw it in this boss plaid and ate my words!
Of course to be a little bit 80s, you need a lot of hair! This super-simple style from Nylon Outfitters made my day! You don’t need 45 sculpts to look like a commercial for Aquanet. And for feckssake, it’s called Janet.

31 MarI haven’t taken blog photos at Emvee Cuba since July 2008 when baked textures in SL were a rare sight, and everyone and their second cousin was taking their photos in the same dim hallways on this gorgeous sim. It’s endured the fast-moving and ever-advancing pace of SL for two years, but it won’t last much longer. Don’t miss your chance to photograph some memories within its courtyards and ballrooms before it’s closed for good!
I realize I’m wearing a few unavailable items, but when you see something in your inventory that you love, what should keep you from wearing it? I hope it motivates you to support special events and follow your favorite shops through groups!
