1. PhD at NTNU i.e.  Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway. They regularly post in that link if they have vacancies for PhD scholarships, PhD fellowships. The application system is quite simple because you can apply online via jobbnorge.

2. EURAXESS is a site that provide information regarding PhD/Dr fellowship around Europe. Fellowship under EU programs usually are announced here such as Marie-Curie program.

3. MAX-PLANCK is one of well known research society in Germany. The have a lot of doctorate programs so called Max-Planck Research Schools.

4. Risoe is the biggest Research Center in Denmark. Vacancies for PhD scholarships is quite a lot and is posted here . Another possibility is by checking TU Denmark website.
