    request is not well-formed syntactically incorrect or violates schema


    With some orders, an error occurs or the order is not continued at all. Logs are not always available. Some customers have this problem, others don’t. If I order myself as a guest in incognito, it works, so I can’t copy the mistake myself

    Hi @onyxdevelopment

    Anytime there is a failed API request to the PayPal API, there will be an entry added to the wc-ppcp log file. Can you check to see if that log file exists and what its contents are? That should have helpful information about why that request is failing.

    If you don’t see that file, make sure you have logging enabled via the API Settings page of the PayPal plugin.
