DeveloperWeek 2026 Volunteer Program
Stepping forward to lend a hand at DeveloperWeek 2026 is a great way to get to know your industry colleagues & gain valuable experience working at a dynamic event, while also having access to informative talks and other exciting opportunities. Whether you are a new or returning volunteer, please review our registration process to join us in February.
As a volunteer, you will receive the official Conference T-shirt and an All Access DeveloperWeek PRO pass (value $1535).
Volunteer Roles
We offer a range of roles across three essential volunteer teams. Learn more about their unique responsibilities below. During the sign-up process, you will be able to select your preferred areas and roles.
- Experience Engineers
Join the Experience Engineers team and become a Vibe Manager! You’ll be directly responsible for the conference’s key fun zones: operating the photo booth, the swag shop, hosting the games lounge, and overseeing the table tennis tournament. We are looking for high energy volunteers with an absolutely great attitude who love to connect with guests and create memorable moments. - Conference Connectors
Join the Conference Connectors team and become a key source of attendee support. As a Connector, you will guide guests through the convention center, deliver updated session and conference information, and ensure everyone feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. This is the ideal opportunity if you are a people-person with a passion for service and support. - Operations Support
Join the Operations Support Team and become a critical component of our event logistics. Volunteers provide hands-on support for all physical production requirements, including the crucial load-in and breakdown phases. Key responsibilities include installing all conference signage, assembling furniture, and staging attendee common areas and lounges. Ideal for anyone eager to explore the inner workings and behind the scenes logistics of a major event.
