Content Must Be Related to Re: Zero

All posts and discussions must be directly related to Re:Zero, including its anime, manga, light novels, characters, and themes. Off-topic content will be removed.

Discussions involving characters from other universes (e.g., “How would [X] survive in the Re:Zero world?”) are allowed only if they focus on the Re:Zero setting and must be flaired as Crossover.

Criticizing other users (e.g., "u/randomuser is annoying and a pdo") should not be posted. Instead, please use the report feature.

Spoiler Content Must Have Spoiler Tags

All posts and comments with spoilers must use spoiler tags. Do not include spoilers in titles, as titles are always visible. Released anime episodes are not considered spoilers.

Be Civil and Respectful

This is a community, not a battleground. Healthy debates and differing opinions are welcome, but insults, harassment, and toxicity are not. While criticism and jokes are fine, personal attacks—including those targeting favorite characters—cross the line. Hate in any form, including racism, religious discrimination, misgendering, or attacks based on ethnicity, culture, gender, or identity, will not be tolerated. Slurs and derogatory language are strictly prohibited.

No Sexualization of Minors

Sexual content or discussions involving underage characters, whether minors or younger versions of adults, is prohibited. Adult versions of minor characters are also not allowed.

Minors are characters who look like minors (they cannot be mistaken for petite adults) and/or are officially classified as minors by age in the story.

Examples:

The adult version of Beatrice is not allowed.
Minors: Beatrice, Petra, Felt, Garfiel, Lillianna, Ryuzu Meyer.
Petite adults: Capella, Pandora.

NSFW Content Policy

Extreme NSFW or abusive content is not allowed. This includes:

Explicit exposure of unclothed private parts
Explicit sexual acts
Rape, sexual assault, or any non-consensual sexual content
Fanart depicting violence or harm against any person when shown in a sexualized or glorified manner

Suggestive content:

Must be properly tagged NSFW
Mild details such as camel toes or nippins are allowed only if not overly detailed

Rules for Posting Art and Cosplay

Watermarks must not cover or obscure the main content.
NSFW content must be properlyly tagged.
Posters must ensure their submission complies with Rule 8 (source requirements).
AI-generated artwork and AI-generated fanart are not allowed.
AI-generated memes are allowed when AI is used as a tool for meme creation (e.g., filters, edits, AI-generated Re:Zero images used within a meme format).

All art and cosplay must comply with Rule 6: No Extreme NSFW or Abusive Content.

Always Provide a Source

Always credit the original creator in the comments unless the media itself clearly shows their name, handle, or page (e.g., visible Instagram tag or watermark).

This applies to non-original content such as fanart, cosplay, and drawn memes.

Memes made from original drawn content must also include a source.

Use tools like Google Lens to help locate the original creator.

Repost sources (e.g., Pinterest) are not valid—link to the original when possible.

Paywalled sources are not allowed.

Quality Standards

Spam, low-effort content, shitposts, or otherwise inappropriate posts are strictly prohibited. All posts must contribute meaningfully to the community, maintain a high standard of quality, and include appropriate titles. Political or religious discussions are not permitted, nor are jokes involving Epstein or Diddy. Do not repost content shared within the past 2 weeks or from the top-upvoted list. Reposting for karma farming degrades the sub's quality and will result in immediate removal.
