I went into the store purchased some underwear and asked for student discount, I then paid using my Xmas present gift voucher which was a voucher for multiple shops. When I left the store I realised my student discount hadnt been applied so had to go back in. Manager came out, no apology, quite rude and told me I had to now have an Ann summer store voucher for the couple of quid I was owed. Not really happy as I had planned to spend that somewhere else and was now stuck with Ann summers one. Went into the next store and tried to spend the rest of my gift voucher, only to realise when asked how much was on my gift card, they had put this into the till as the amount to take... Very embarrassing. I went back to Ann summers store, spoke to stroppy rude manager who told me she couldn't help and acted like I was trying to scam them. Insisting I drive the 30 miles home and 'wait' for the card to update as noway they could of taken my whole £50. Luckily I insisted and once again I ended up with another store credit... Ideal I then placed an order online using said store credit and getting free delivery. Lo and behold sizing all wrong and not what I wanted, so send back. Ann summers say they received this order back on 23rd February, yet here I am, still waiting... Fully out of pocket and sick of them. Customer services just palm you off... Wait 15 working days.... Why? You have the parcel just give me my money back!

It was a little wait time before i got the ts2 (preorder), but happy with it. Its not less work than when you do the old fashion way (same amount of time), but i may be a bit prejudiced. My moms house had a lot of dirt accumulated over the years, so needed to scrub a lot more than when you clean your house (bi-)weekly. For the toilet (tiles), i think it would have been fine cleaning normally, but the floor!!! It was impossible to clean it before because if the grooves in the vinyl. Dirt was trapped and even with a scrub sponge we were unable to clean it. Now we finally have the old look again of the floor! So it definitely works.

The staff from Harvey Norman limerick store were excellent, they gave me all the information about new products in the store and helped me with everything I was looking for. I bought the new Samsung S26 Ultra, Shoaib provided me with all the information I needed to know about the phone before buying. Michelle and Simon served me on the checkouts and they were brilliant and provided me with all the details regarding insurance/ warranty for the device. Excellent customer service from the staff I dealt with in store.

i came into the store in burgess hill where i was struggling to find the XL menstrual cups due to my heavy flow. on one of the isles i was greeted by two lovely and friendly ladies and we began chatting where i learned their names were niamh and amy, they pointed out the product and even gave me advice on which ones may work better for me and my large poos. i then proceeded to the till where the lady their was ok. the store has overall good positive vibes and all faces i was met with today were kind and friendly!!

Working with Jasmine Hachem and Ryan Jolliffe from Foxtons Marylebone and Mayfair office was a fantastic experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, and always available whenever I needed advice or had questions during my apartment purchase in London. Friendly and competent staff showed care during the process, backed by an excellent on line tracker which clearly showed the stages to completion. Questions were resolved quickly and issues were followed up in a professional manner to keep the process on track.
