How do I find my ATS API credentials?
API credentials are usually located in your ATS’s settings under “Developer,” “API,” or “Integrations.” For Workday, use the REST API endpoint and client ID; for Lever, go to Settings > API; for Greenhouse, go to Configure > Dev Center > API Key Management.
Can I integrate CosmoQuick with an ATS that isn’t listed on your partners page?
Yes. If your ATS is not listed, you can use the Custom API option to build a direct integration. You’ll need your ATS’s API documentation to map the fields. Our support team can guide you through it.
How long does the integration take?
Most pre-built connectors take about 15–30 minutes from start to finish, including field mapping and testing. Custom API integrations may take longer if your team needs to write code.
Will integrating with CosmoQuick automatically post all my new jobs?
It depends on your settings. You can choose to auto-distribute all new postings, or set it to manual review so you approve each job before it goes to partner sites.
Can I update or delete a job through the integration?
Yes. With most integrations, when you update or close a job in your ATS, the change is synced to CosmoQuick automatically. This helps keep your postings accurate across the network.
What is the cheapest CosmoQuick plan?
The cheapest is Starter at $49/month, which includes 3 job posts per month and distribution to about 20 partner sites. If you need more volume, consider upgrading to Growth or paying annually for a 15% discount.
