Welcome to Sync GTM
Sync GTM is the B2B data engine for AI-native GTM teams. Source buying signals, enrich contacts and companies across 25+ data providers, score every record against your ICP, and send personalized outreach the moment a signal fires.
Everything runs from a single table. No code.

| 15+ real-time signals | 1M+ records enriched |
Every provider is included in your subscription and billed from one balance — see credits.
What teams use it for
| Use case | What it looks like in Sync GTM | Start here |
|---|---|---|
| CRM enrichment | Pull records from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Attio, fill the missing emails, phones, and firmographics, push the clean record back | Integrations |
| Account research | AI agents read a company’s site, posts, and job listings, then summarize what matters before the call | AI agents |
| Inbound automation | A signup hits a webhook, gets enriched and scored against your ICP, and routes to a rep or a nurture list | Webhooks and HTTP |
| Outbound automation | Build a list from scrapers or directories, verify the emails, draft personalized copy, export to your sequencer | Automated Outbound |
| Signal monitoring | Watch funding, hiring, headcount swings, tech changes, job changes, and promotions — reach out the day they fire | How enrichment works |
Pick your path
Sync GTM has two surfaces. They share one workspace, one credit balance, and the same data sources — pick the one that matches how you work.
| Sync GTM App | MCP Server | |
|---|---|---|
| You get | A spreadsheet-style table where columns run enrichment actions | Sync GTM’s tools inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, and more |
| Best for | Repeatable lists, scheduled runs, CRM sync | Ad-hoc research, agent workflows, one-off enrichment in chat |
| You drive it with | Clicks and dynamic variables | Prompts |
| Start here | SyncGTM 101 | AI for Sales Reps |
Not sure? Start with the app — it makes the data model visible. The MCP server uses the same actions under the hood.
Glossary
Five terms carry most of the documentation.
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Table | The workspace for one list. Rows are leads or companies, columns are data or actions. |
| Action | A column that does work — scrape, enrich, verify, research, push to CRM. |
| Waterfall | Trying providers in sequence until one returns a hit. Cheapest provider first, so you only pay for the fallback when you need it. |
| Credit | The unit premium data is billed in. Each action lists its cost before you run it. |
| Signal | A timed event worth acting on — funding, hiring, job change, promotion, tech change, product launch. |
The app, in build order
Each step is the prerequisite for the next.
- Workspace — where tables, team, and settings live
- Tables — rows, columns, views, and how data flows between them
- Actions — add an action column, run it manually, on a schedule, or conditionally
- Import and Export — get leads in, push results out
- Templates — clone a working table and adapt it
- Credits — what each run costs and how to sequence cheap → expensive
The automation framework — Find → Research → Enrich → Outreach — is the model behind all of it.
What you can enrich
Enrichments are grouped by what you’re enriching, not by which provider answers. Providers are a waterfall detail inside each action.
Lead sources — social and web scrapers (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Google Maps, G2, Product Hunt), CRM connectors, prospect databases, CSV import, and custom webhook / RSS / HTTP sources. See web scrapers.
Person enrichment — work and personal email, phone and mobile, LinkedIn reverse lookup from an email, role and company history.
Company enrichment — organization profile, domain, tech stack, revenue, funding, web traffic, job listings, ad activity.
Research and intelligence — AI research agents that read pages, summarize, compare, and score, plus YouTube transcripts and GitHub or X profiles.
Signals — company-side (funding, hiring, headcount swings, leadership change, M&A, launches, tech change) and person-side (job change, promotion, LinkedIn engagement).
Cost control — sequence cheap actions before expensive ones, and verify emails before they reach a sequence.
Connect the rest of your stack
Four categories, all configured from Integrations. Same four steps each: connect → pull records → enrich → push back.
- CRM — HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, Close
- Outreach & sequencers — Lemlist, Smartlead, Instantly
- Workspace — Slack, Google Sheets, Google Docs
- AI — OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, BrowserUse for drafting, classification, web search, and images
Building your own? Webhooks and HTTP requests work in both directions, using your API key.
Account, billing, and data
- Usage and billing — plans, credit top-ups, invoices
- Credits — balance and usage breakdown
- API key — create, rotate, scope
- Data privacy and retention — what we store, for how long, and how to export or delete it
