You can have an unlimited number of read-only users invited to the project. If you add a guest to a project as a read-only user, they do not count towards your contributors.

No, you only pay for contributors, you do not pay for users who are given the 'Reader' role on a project or workspace.

A contributor is any workspace member or guest who has been granted permission to upload or make changes to a project. These would include any user with the access level of Editor, Writer, Admin or Owner.

For Premium plan subscribers, the storage on your whole workspace is allocated as 1GB of storage per contributor space in your subscription, regardless of whether that space has been allocated to a specific user.

Once a user’s task is complete, simply switch them to a free read-only member, and the paid license seat becomes immediately available for someone else. We accept credit/debit cards as a primary method of payment, invoicing is available for payments of $2000 or more.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time before the renewal date. You will only be charged until your renewal date.

No, the price is exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice if applicable.

If you cancel your subscription, you'll be able to download your Mergin Maps data for another 30 days. After 30 days your data are deleted. If you've downgraded your account and used more data than what your plan offers, you will not be able to upload any changes until you've freed up some space

We offer free subscirptions for academics and provide discounts for NGOs depending on their annual budget. For an NGO budget of up to $500k the discount is 60%, a budget up to $1m it is 40%, and a budget over $1m is 20%.
