No. Purchased credits stay in your balance until you use them.

Each generation uses a number of credits based on the selected model and settings. One credit balance works across the image and video models currently available on Realgic.

Why does the credit cost change?

Model, resolution, quality, duration, output count, audio, reference assets, and other settings can change the total. The exact charge is shown before you submit the generation.

What happens if a generation fails?

If a task is recorded as failed or canceled, the credits used for that task are automatically returned to your balance.

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if none of the credits from that transaction have been used. Successfully completed generations are generally not refundable simply because the result did not match your expectations.

Can I use generated content commercially?

Realgic does not claim ownership of your outputs. However, commercial-use rights may depend on the selected model, your inputs, applicable law, and the model provider’s terms. You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights and permissions for your intended use.

What happens if a model is unavailable?

Third-party models may occasionally be delayed, paused, changed, or removed. You can choose another available model, and tasks recorded as failed or canceled automatically return their credits.
