Things you're not meant to do on holiday: tear a ligament in your ankle due to unstable ground leading to a fall causing a serious fracture/dislocating of your wrist. Had surgery on Sunday at @JamesPagetNHS after being admitted on Friday. Home resting now, here begins the rehab!
