    when planning an implementation, gpt 5.6 sol tends to over-engineer. invariants on invariants. it loves that it seems. making it pair up with kimi k3, makes it do that less. or steering it in the right direction.

    I implemented an idea for a big agentic subsystem 4 times today. Before I killed it the first time, I wanted the clanker to do a refactor. My old "me" was kicking in again saying "That's so much work! Never do a full rewrite!". Ralph helped a lot! Thanks @GeoffreyHuntley !
