    over the past couple weeks, i've gotten a primitive form of continual in-context learning to work decently well with gpt-5.6-sol. i now trigger tasks from a single long-running thread which self-manages the system. it's been magical to see it grow, and very pleasant to use.

    stacks of LLM judges and prompt compilers and synthetic data flywheels between the interface and the reward signal, perhaps but the ui that wins is one where someone watches an agent fall off course, describes where the agent went wrong, and then the agent learns, permanently
