finished "Pantheon". loooved it. science fiction ambition such as I've rarely seen on television. also now i'm all motivated to use AIs to hack on computer codes- There's sooo much in this post that I love. Way to go, @finkd . - I don't wish my many heroes and friends at Anthropic any ill-will, and I always support people learning and improving, but also, It could be really good for the course of history if Anthropic keeps going on the paternalism and fails hard.Replying to @zooko and @ccataliniBest outcome for the course of history is Anthropic continues its paternalism, and Anthropic is obviated by better, cheaper alternatives that honor the user instead of treating him as a pre-criminal.
- The encrypting/verifying key should never have been called a “public” key. It should not, in general, be public/broadcasted/posted/discoverable. Instead treat it as sensitive and ensure that it is known only to the agents that need it, and no-one else.
