Is there a free trial?
Yes — Starter and Professional start with a free 30-day trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.
Do my clients see UploadWizard branding?
No. The portal runs under your brand and domain — your logo, colors, and favicon. Your clients never see UploadWizard.
Where are the uploaded files stored?
In your own object storage. You connect your Wasabi, AWS S3, Azure Blob, or Google Cloud Storage bucket, and files go straight there — we never hold your data.
How do clients sign in?
Passwordless. They enter their email and get a magic link plus a 6-digit code. Access is authorized against your existing member database, so only your people get in.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — on the Professional plan and up. Point a CNAME at us and HTTPS is provisioned automatically; there are no certificate steps on your end.
Is it secure?
Uploads can be virus-scanned, restricted by size and file type, and auto-deleted on a retention schedule. Credentials are encrypted at rest and every action is audit-logged.
Can clients delete their own files?
That is up to you — it is a per-business toggle. Business admins can always download and remove client uploads.
