Dakota shared how Lyra’s non-centralized approach to MSP management strengthens local providers while supporting scalable growth across the broader organization. Following the presentation, attendees gathered at the Murray State DEVsource Esports Arena for an informal follow-up - a great opportunity to continue the conversation and showcase one of the university’s most innovative spaces. Special thanks to Murray State representatives Abby Hensley, Kyle Johnson, Kevin Munsey, Jen Robertson, Taylor Mudd, Jamie Rogers, and Monte Kennedy for their time and participation.     Head of Growth – Clarksville, TN DEVsource Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced and driven sales leader to step into the role of Head of Growth, focused entirely on expanding our presence in Clarksville, Tennessee. This is a hands-on leadership position. We’re not looking for someone to manage a system - we’re looking for someone to help us build it. You’ll be the person who transforms founder-led sales into a modern, structured growth engine. From the first handshake to the signed contract - and the process behind it - you’ll shape how we grow. About the Role We’ve built a strong reputation over the years. Our team is known for being responsive, reliable, and genuinely helpful - but when it comes to growth? We know we can do more. That’s where you come in. As Head of Growth, you’ll: • Lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Clarksville area, with a focus on generating new business. • Create and implement a repeatable, scalable sales process - including CRM workflows, reporting, compensation plans, and playbooks. • Be a player-coach: start by closing deals yourself, then build and lead a small but capable team. • Run cross-functional growth initiatives that involve account management, marketing, and service delivery. • Work directly with the CEO to shape and execute overall strategy. This isn’t a position where you wait for leads to come in. It’s one where you’ll help define what a lead even is - and how we go after it. Who We’re Looking For This role is a great fit for someone who: • Has experience selling B2B services, ideally in the MSP or IT services space. • Understands how to build and manage a modern sales process from the ground up. • Can switch between tactical and strategic - writing follow-ups in the morning and planning quarterly campaigns in the afternoon. • Is comfortable owning a region and making smart decisions independently. • Lives in or near Clarksville, TN - local market familiarity is key, and this is not a remote role.
