Effective Open Source Program Management (LFC204)

This course is designed primarily for a leadership audience - those responsible for setting up effective program management of open source in their organization.

This module explains the role on an Open Source Program Office (OSPO) and provides guidelines on how to build an effective OSPO within your organization, as well as additional resources to help you create your own OSPO.

This course provides a common framework of important practices and strategies used within open source program offices. Being able to effectively use these concepts gives leaders the information needed to effectively build and manage open source at scale in their organization.
