Therapy often begins when something in life has become difficult to live with, understand, or change. Since 2007, Therapy Warsaw has offered individual and couples psychotherapy in Warsaw, in English and Polish.
We do not treat psychological difficulties only as symptoms to remove. Therapy is a way of understanding what feelings, conflicts, or repeating patterns may be expressing, and of thinking about them with more care.
This way of working is also shaped by our experience with many people living between languages, cultures, or countries, and with the pressures that can come with that. More about the approach is on the Method page.
