About the challenge
We're an early-stage startup building something ambitious. We're not hiring through resumes or interviews. We're finding our founding team through ideas.
This is not your typical hackathon. There are no pre-defined themes, no forced problem statements, and no coding rounds. You bring your own idea any domain, any technology. We evaluate how you think, not where you studied or what your CGPA is.
How it works:
Round 1: Submit your product/startup idea through our application form
Round 2: Shortlisted candidates build a prototype or deliver a pitch
Final: Top performers are offered founding team roles at our startup

Requirements
What to Build
This is an open-ended challenge. You are free to propose any idea there is no fixed theme. Your idea can be in Web3, AI, SaaS, fintech, healthtech, edtech,social impact, or anything you genuinely care about.
In Round 1, you don't need to build anything. Just submit your idea through the application form. If shortlisted for Round 2, you will be asked to either build
a working prototype or record a 5-minute pitch video explaining your vision and approach
What to Submit
Round 1 (Idea Submission):
- Complete the Google Form with your idea, the problem it solves, your target user, and how you'd approach building it
Round 2 (Shortlisted Only):
- A GitHub repository with a working prototype, OR
- A 5minute pitch video (Loom or YouTube unlisted link), OR
- Both (recommended)
- A short write-up on Devpost explaining your idea and linking to your work
Prizes
Founding Team Role
op 3 winners receive a founding team role at our early-stage startup. You'll work directly with the core team from day one building, shipping, and
growing the product together. Role details (developer, designer, strategist) will be discussed based on your strengths.
Mentorship & Recommendation
Top 5 runnersup receive 1 on 1 mentorship sessions with the founding team, a personal LinkedIn recommendation, and priority consideration for future roles as
the startup grows
