Hello! I am Grigory Vodyanov, a software engineer specializing in data engineering and MLOps, an automation engineering student at the prestigious Politecnico di Milano, and an Open Data advocate. PadoVia is a non-profit developer group grown from 2 to 7 people who create software for improving public transport user experience. Our flagship product is the PadoVia app, which tracks real-time transport in the city of Padua, Italy.
My main contributions are managing the team and creating the data transformation pipelines for handling analysis and storage of real-time data from hundreds of vehicles.

I studied applied science in the top ranked scientific lyceum in the city of Padua, serving as elected school representative, and winning second place in Italy in physics at the European Olympiads of Experimental Science (EOES).
Real-time predictions and monitoring of public transport in Padua, with over 50k unique monthly users, featured on 6 media outlets including Il Corriere della Sera. Available as a webapp, iOS, and Android app. I co-founded the project, working mainly on the data analysis and backend, and now manage the team of 7 developers.
