Our Core Values
Run As One
We run as one by anchoring our work in shared company outcomes, as laid out in the V2MOMs, clearly defining the end state before executing, and committing to decisions once they are made. This allows us to move quickly, operate independently, and scale without friction.
- Company > Team > Self
- Clarify the End State
- Trust the Call
Be An Owner
We embrace accountability. We act like owners, not employees, because that is what we are. We take responsibility for the company’s success as a whole, not just our individual roles. We win and fail (and learn) together. We exercise judgment, caring deeply about outcomes and making decisions as if the business were our own.
- Own The Outcome, Not Just The Task
- See It, Fix It
- Spend Like It’s Yours
Transparency
We build unbreakable trust by choosing clear communication over comfortable silence. We share our work early, own our mistakes, and have the courage to challenge one another directly with empathy.
- Share Early and Often
- Integrity Over Image
- Challenge Directly, Care Personally
Growth Mindset
We push beyond comfort zones—stretching, iterating, and learning faster than the challenges we face. Complacency is never an option. We question the status quo, extract lessons from every outcome, and adapt with humility and purpose. We know that leadership means modeling growth, not just expecting it.
- Challenge the Status Quo
- Lead through Learning
- Seek the Stretch
