A new credit card cockpit was developed for a Swiss bank on behalf of Viseca, which allows operators to handle the entire application, validation, and support process. The cockpit includes an upload function for scanned credit card applications and a validation check for personal and financial details. Once all data is confirmed, an automated mailing system sends a confirmation and the physical credit card. The cockpit also features a dashboard where operators can track the status of each application.
With REMMS 4 ALL, private and institutional real estate owners can rate their real estate in terms of sustainability. REMMS stands for Real Estate Meta-rating and Monitoring on Sustainability. The association is committed to data-supported and objective sustainability assessments of real estate.
The data is recorded in an intuitive form and a report is generated in a short time. Anyone wishing to assess several real estate at the same time benefits from the import function and can create a portfolio report covering all real estate.
We operate a web widget for the quick valuation of real estate for FPRE, a leading digital data provider in Switzerland. This widget is used by over 100 real estate agents in Switzerland and Germany and can be easily embedded into their websites. The core of the valuation process is formed by hedonic models for condominiums and single-family houses. These models, based on extensively collected transaction data, learn from themselves every quarter to ensure a robust model landscape.

Our Competence
In 2014, we acquired HotFeet GmbH. The engineers there caught our attention due to our nightly open-source commits. That fits in well with us: we are passionate developers who also develop in our spare time. Out of curiosity, out of joy, out of passion. And it is precisely this passion that we bring to our projects.
Developing high-quality applications is our strong suit. We completed our first AI projects back in 2016 (!). Whether with Ruby on Rails or React: we are damn good at what we do. And our customers appreciate that.
