Ido is a proven business leader with over 20 years of experience in cyber security, technology and finance, having served as CEO at VisualDNA (sold to Nielsen) and CEO of a leading digital security platform Kape Technologies. During his tenure, Erlichman successfully transformed Kape Technologies into a category leader by providing customers with a fully integrated private and secure online access platform. Kape Technologies served 7.5 million paying customers and was traded on the London Stock Exchange until its successful sale for $1.75 billion in 2023, making it one of the largest tech exits in the UK. Ido published the book ‘Battle of Strategies’ – story on leadership and how to build successful and winning team based on true accounts from his experience as officer in the Special Forces Unit of the IDF. The book was published by Israel’s leading book publisher, selling over 20,000 copies. Ido holds an MBA from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master of Arts degree in Law from Bar Ilan University.

Ola is a seasoned executive, most recently serving as CFO at ENEA Group, a leading specialist in software for telecommunications and cybersecurity. He also held CFO positions at numerous Nasdaq Stockholm listed companies, including ZetaDisplay, a creative provider of technology solutions for digital communications, and Nordic pharmaceutical specialist, Medivir AB.

Martin brings over 25 years of software development expertise to Outpost24. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads the global R&D organization for both Outpost24 and Specops Software, driving innovation and building high-performing engineering cultures across distributed teams.
Martin has held senior leadership positions at Snow Software (now Flexera), Viaplay, and Learnster, leading engineering organizations through periods of significant growth and change. His approach combines technical depth with a focus on organizational design, modern development practices, and enabling teams to solve complex problems in security-sensitive environments.

Omri brings a wealth of technology experience and product knowledge in digital risk and fraud prevention solutions. Most recently, he was the Head of Risk and Fraud Product line in Bottomline Technologies, and its CPO; prior to Bottomline, Omri served as the Head of Fraud Solutions at NICE.

With broad experience in accounting, finance, and leadership at companies such as EY and IKEA, Ebba is responsible for our greatest assets, our employees. As the Chief of Staff, she manages the People Operations Department, consisting of HR, Payroll, Internal communication, special internal projects, and Corporate Social Responsibility. With an international background, Ebba has extensive experience in managing diverse teams towards the same goal with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and building a successful business culture.

Ariel brings extensive corporate development experience from leading European and global tech companies. In this role, Ariel’s focus is on driving Outpost24’s inorganic growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships, engagement with industry analysts, and collaborations with key industry players.

Liz Drysdale is a marketing executive specializing in driving scalable growth and market strategy for B2B SaaS and cybersecurity companies. With over 25 years of global experience, she focuses on building high-performing teams and translating complex narratives into revenue growth. Prior to joining Outpost24, Liz held pivotal leadership roles at CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and SentinelOne.

Shirona is a growth-focused executive with deep experience in building and scaling tech and cybersecurity businesses. At Outpost, she leads Specops, the company’s Identity Access Management (IAM) business. Previously, she helped scale Kape Technologies into a billion-dollar company and co-founded Trajecto, an AI-powered career platform. With a background spanning sales, startups, M&A, and international expansion, Shirona brings a sharp focus on strategic growth, impact, and long-term value creation.

With broad security experience at companies such as Qvantel and Ericsson, Olivia brings sharp strategic insights and technical depth. She joined Outpost24 in 2022 as Technical Coordinator. Over the years, her contributions to enhance the company’s security, and strong visionary approach, led to her promotion to Chief Information Security Officer.

Niklas has served as an executive and CEO in the technology industry for several decades. For the last 10 years he has acted as a professional full time Chair and Board member across numerous successful technology companies, including Klarna, Easypark, Cint, and Silverfin, to name a few.
