Update to Keyfactor support access and ticket submission process - Effective April 1, 2026
At Keyfactor, the security of our customers and their information is of the highest priority. To further strengthen our security controls and reduce risk to both our customers and Keyfactor, we are implementing changes to our support ticket submission process in response to the increasing prevalence of social engineering attacks.
Effective April 1, 2026, the email address support@keyfactor.com will no longer be available for initiating new support tickets. All new support requests must be submitted through the Keyfactor Support Portal.
Keyfactor is migrating transfer.keyfactor.com to the Keyfactor Customer Portal, with invitations being sent out the week of February 13th. Information on the transition can be found at: Replacing Keyfactor Transfer Service.
