    Hello,
I am facing a bizarre issue with my website (Desktop + Mobile)

For Mobile version of my website, as you will see, I have included a Carousel of images on Homepage. I have set it to Autoplay and also include Arrow Keys. However, the Carousel stops after scrolling just 1 image. Also the arrow keys are not functional. Now, while previewing the “Saved Layout” in Virtual Portfolio, I see that the arrow keys are not functioning there too! However, the Autoplay starts scrolling through images as soon as I change the Autoplay settings under Layout.

For Desktop version of my website, as you’ll see, I have included Virtual Portfolio gallery with Emerge skin. The Emerge skin should hide itself on mouse hover. It does work but you will notice that it happens in a very snappy way (not soothing to the eyes). However, while previewing the “Saved Layout” in Virtual Portfolio it functions nice and smoothly as expected out of it!

Unrelated but important observation: The arrow keys under “Published Fashion Editorials” section also scrolls just 1 image and then stops working!

Things I have tried to find the issue:
    1. Disabled caching plugins (Cloudflare / Super Cache) – Did not help
    2. Disabled Optimized Image Loading, Optimized Gutenberg Loading, Lazy Load Background Images of Elementor – Did not help
    3. In Virtual Portfolio settings, changed Vendor Script from “PhotoSwipe” to “Fancybox”, disabled Lazy Loading – Did not help
    4. Tried disabling Site Accelerator of Jetpack plugin – Did not help
    5. Tried disabling Meow Lightbox and Meow Gallery plug-in – Did not help

I am on the latest version of Virtual Portfolio (3.4.1)
I am running Astra theme and on the latest version.
All my plug-ins are up-to-date except for SVG Support. However, that is not the cause for this problem.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello All,
I raised the same issue with Elementor support team and the good guys there could finally pin-point the issue.
So, I had Developer Mode turned ON on my mobile and all Animations turned OFF.
Same with my laptop, I force turn OFF all Windows Animations.
This caused all browsers to honour this setting and stop websites from showing soothing animations (like emerge or auto-scrolling carousel from Visual Portfolio).
I should have tried opening my website from some devices other than my personal ones! Would have saved all from this confusion.
However, one thing I still do not understand. Even with these Animations turned OFF why does the buttons from Visual Portfolio and Elementor stop working! Maybe something the team can look into.

    Hello,

Thank you for the information! Unfortunately, we could not reproduce the bug locally. We tried these settings:

    1. Enabled “Reduce motion” in macOS (System Preferences → Accessibility → Display → Reduce motion).
    2. Used Chrome DevTools (Rendering → Emulate CSS media feature prefers-reduced-motion: reduce) to test the arrows and autoplay on the local site.

    Regards,
    Alex
