How to Set Up WPCafe Integration as Action – Step-by-Step Guide 

Step 1: Create a New Integration

First, open your Bit Integrations dashboard and click the “Create Integration” button to start configuring your WPCafe automation in WordPress. This will direct you to the Trigger page, where you need to select a trigger application that will start the automation.

Step 2: Select a Trigger Application

You can choose any supported trigger application that will start the automation. In this case, we’ve selected “Everest Form” as a trigger.

Step 3: Choose WPCafe as the Action

After selecting your preferred trigger, click “Next” to proceed to the Action page. From there, search for WPCafe and select it as the action application.

Step 4: Authorize WPCafe

Here, give a meaningful integration title as per your requirement. Then click on “Authorize.” After successfully authorizing, click on “Next” to continue the WPCafe automation with Bit Integrations.

Step 5: Select the Action Event

Then select an event from the drop-down list. For Example: “Create Reservation“

Step 6: Map the Fields

After selecting the action event, map the form submission fields with the corresponding WPCafe reservation fields. This ensures that the submitted data is correctly transferred and saved inside your restaurant booking system. Once the field mapping is complete, click “Next” to proceed with the integration setup.

Then click “Finish & Save” to activate the WPCafe integration.

Congratulations! Your WPCafe Integration with Bit Integrations is now successfully configured.

From now on, whenever someone submits the selected trigger form, Bit Integrations will automatically create a reservation in WPCafe, helping you automate restaurant bookings and reduce manual data entry.
