🎭 Why do we fall for the characters we first wanted to hate?

I recently finished watching the film A Silent Voice (Koe no Katachi), and it left a profound mark on me. I mostly doing sysadmin-ish stuff and some light weight programming (php, javascript or GO) in VSCode, so I think, that combination could be ideal for me...

That Macbook Neo falls into a nice-to-have category to me. Especially I like the citrus color. Also, I can imagine that if you are someone on exec or senior level that color choice can create smiles on some client's faces..

I had one MikroTik lying around in my desk shelf, and with its OS in version 7 they added bunch of nice features. From v7.something (don't remember exactly) they also added file shares to the Back-to-home application.

I put there one 256GB USB key for testing and lately I looked into ROSE package which allows me to connect NFS share as a disk to your router.

Now I have access to my files on my storage server over the Back to home application literally from anywhere where I have internet.
