Go 3 Hand Held

Setting up my new Handheld Go 3 devices and 1st: They won't charge past 70%. 2nd: When I try to print and order to our kitchen printer it tells me the printer is disconnected and it is not. Same with a receipt. Help! Thanks. Debbie
