Dark Mode Is Now Live in Dokkio

One of the latest improvements to the Dokkio user experience is native dark mode support in the Dokkio app across web, Mac, and Windows.

If dark mode is enabled in your operating system or browser, Dokkio will now automatically respect that setting. Dark mode has quickly become the preferred experience for many users, and numerous studies show that a majority of web users now interact with apps in dark mode by default.

For users who previously relied on browser extensions to force dark mode, those tools should continue to work. That said, we encourage you to try Dokkio’s new built-in dark mode support for a smoother and more consistent experience.

Please note that this update applies specifically to the Dokkio app. Dokkio Sidebar (our browser extension) has supported dark mode for some time.

AI Content Chat Has a New Home in Dokkio

We’ve made AI Content Chat more convenient and accessible for all Dokkio users. 

You’ll now find AI Content Chat pinned at the top of the Dokkio homepage, making it more readily available to chat, search, and work alongside your files from the moment you log in to Dokkio.

Some users with older versions of the Dokkio UI may not have the AI Content Chat Enabled on their home screen. Our team is happy to help enable it and guide you through the process of getting started.
