The 17th Symposium took place from 12-17 January 2025 at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong SAR, China. DSBS17 brought together experts from around the world who have strong interest in deep-sea biological science, biodiversity conservation, deep-sea environment policy and management for better protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
