[Limited opportunity] Your community can have a chance to have a booth at the community area for free. Guidelines will be provided on how you can grab this opportunity.

As community partners, your responsibilities are:

Announcing to your community that you are officially a community partner for Ctrl+Alt+Run. This can be thru your social media, newsletters, blog, group chat and more. Please tag us on your socials and include our website: https://ctrlalt.run.
Sharing the official community partner press kit and promo discount to your members. You can update the message based on your community brand guidelines.
Reshare relevant posts on our social media page to your members (including official announcement that you’re our community partner, important and new announcements regarding the event, milestone if your community reached more than 50 participants, and more).
Share a recap of the activity after the event to your community. Make sure to tag us on our socials and include our website: https://ctrlalt.run.
[Optional] A quick portrait video encouraging your members to run and be part of the event (15-30 seconds). It can be sharing why it’s fun to run, or about health or just an invitation for them to run together with your community. This will be submitted to Ctrl+Alt+Run Team for video editing to include details about Ctrl+Alt+Run. Once ready, we will share it on your social media and tag your community.

Independent Parties

The Parties acknowledge and agree that each is an independent entity and neither Party is an agent, representative, or partner of the other. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between the Parties.
Community Partners: Your community is participating as a community partner and does not represent or act on behalf of Ctrl+Alt+Run, the event organizers. All actions and communications by your community related to the event must be clearly identified as those of an independent entity and not those of the event organizers.

Termination for cause

Termination by the Organizer: Ctrl+Alt+Run reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately upon written/email notice to your community if your community breaches any material term of this agreement, engages in conduct that could damage the reputation or interests of the event or organizer, or fails to fulfill its obligations as outlined in this agreement.
Notice of Breach: In the event of a breach, Ctrl+Alt+Run shall provide written notice to your community detailing the nature of the breach. You community will have 5 days to remedy the breach to the satisfaction of Ctrl+Alt+Run. Failure to remedy the breach within the specified period will result in termination of the agreement.
Damages for Breach or Improper Conduct: Your community agrees to compensate Ctrl+Alt+Run for any damages incurred as a result of a breach of this agreement or improper conduct. Such damages may include, but are not limited to, direct and consequential damages, legal fees, and any other costs directly resulting from the breach or conduct. Your community agrees to indemnify and hold Ctrl+Alt+Run harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your community’s breach or conduct.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination for cause, your community will immediately cease using any materials, branding, or other assets related to the event.

Amendments

Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed by both Parties.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taguig City.
