Leagh Turner is CEO of Coupa and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Leagh oversees
the end-to-end operations and strong execution that are fundamental to Coupa’s growth. Prior, Leagh
served as co-CEO of Ceridian.

Leagh has been a leader and innovator in the software industry for more than 20 years, previously
serving in senior leadership roles at SAP and Oracle and has twice been recognized by the Women’s
Executive Network as one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women.

Leagh is a member of the boards of directors at Manulife, a leading international financial services
group, and Plan International Canada, a global not-for-profit that focuses on improving the lives of
children around the world. She is a strong advocate for the advancement of women in leadership and
a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workforce.

Leagh is a graduate of Western University in London, Ontario.

Dean Bain is the General Manager and SVP of Supply Chain at Coupa. A high-performing executive with nearly two decades of experience in the supply chain industry and a proven track record of driving profitable growth, Dean’s responsibilities span the global go-to-market strategy and execution for Coupa’s direct material Supply Chain functions. Dean’s career includes key roles at industry-leading companies such as Blue Yonder, Syncron, UPS, and DHL, where he consistently delivered results and helped improve operational efficiencies. Dean’s expertise lies in leveraging supply chain innovation to enhance our customers’ business performance and profitability.

Jeff Collier is the Chief Revenue Officer at Coupa, where he oversees the evolution and expansion of the company’s revenue and sales strategies as Coupa continues to scale and grow its value to customers through agentic AI.

With a formidable background in computer science and software go-to-market experience in procurement, supply chain, and financial domains, Jeff brings a unique and valuable perspective in understanding and exceeding customer expectations. He acts as the primary architect of the company’s growth engine, ensuring that every dollar spent on go-to-market efforts translates into sustainable, long-term revenue in Coupa’s mission to build the #1 business trade network that delivers value to both buyers and suppliers in the age of AI.

Jeff is a world-class revenue leader with unparalleled domain expertise. He led the global revenue organization for Intelligent Spend and Business Network at SAP—a $5B revenue business, growing it double digits, which included acquired products: Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, and the Business Network. Prior to joining Coupa, he advised procurement, supply chain, and financial management software companies and their investors globally.

He holds a Masters degree in computer science, and continues to tinker with AI to this day.

Dennis Fay serves as the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at NFI Industries, a leading third party logistics company, where he specializes in driving large-scale cost savings and process optimization. Dennis has been leading the charge at transforming procurement functions into a value-generating center of excellence for more than 20 years.

John Frank is Chief Customer Officer at Coupa, where he leads the global customer organization and sets the strategy for delivering an exceptional, end-to-end customer experience. He is focused on ensuring every customer realizes the full value of Coupa’s AI-driven Total Spend Management platform by building scalable, predictable customer lifecycle motions and empowering teams to innovate, move with speed, and deliver measurable impact.

With a relentless commitment to customer-first leadership, John champions a culture that puts customers at the center of every decision—strengthening Coupa’s mission to create customers for life and accelerate its next era of growth.

Across more than two decades in technology and customer success, John has shaped how leading enterprises engage, support, and deliver value to customers. In leadership roles at Infor, Adobe, and Hitachi, he guided global teams through pivotal moments of growth and transformation, helping define modern customer experience models that drive recurring revenue and long-term relationships. His early consulting work at Deloitte and Andersen Consulting grounded his approach to operational excellence, complex change, and enterprise-scale execution.

Salvatore (Salva) Lombardo is Chief Product and Technology Officer at Coupa, where he leads
the product and technology strategy, innovation roadmap, and execution of Coupa’s AI-
native total spend management platform.

With a focus on unifying product and development teams, Salva is passionate about
empowering people to deliver meaningful innovation that benefits customers worldwide.
He leads Coupa’s mission to reimagine the future of global trade through a two-sided
autonomous spend management network, connecting buyers and suppliers dynamically and
intelligently to drive greater transparency, resilience, and long-term value.

Previously, Salva was CPTO for SAP Ariba, guiding the platform’s global evolution and
overseeing product and engineering for SAP’s procurement portfolio. Before that, he held
senior leadership roles at SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay, and Order to Cash, leading SAP’s largest
shift from on-premise to cloud, and scaling innovation across global industries.

Over more than two decades at SAP, Salva built deep domain expertise in procurement,
supplier management, and customer-focused product strategy, managing teams and
programs worldwide.

Ryan Loock currently acts as Vice President within the Sourcing Supplier Management function at Mastercard leading an international procurement team with responsibilities for traditional procurement activities as well as operations, systems, governance, process improvements and responsible sourcing. In addition, he also moonlights as a chief in the volunteer fire service.

Tricia Miller, the SVP Product Marketing is spearheading Coupa’s product marketing and community development initiatives by integrating customer insights, as well as developing strategies to enhance customer understanding of solution capabilities, driving engagement and satisfaction.

Tricia will also help to foster collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with customer needs, resulting in improved product adoption.
Prior to joining Coupa Tricia spent almost exactly a quarter of a century with Accenture.

Over the years, she progressed through the ranks to become a Managing Director and Interim CPO. In the latter role, she oversaw Accenture’s indirect procurement function, managing US$10bn in addressable spend across a 1,200-person organisation, reporting to the Corporate Services Sustainability Lead and Office of Cost Management.

Tricia’s primary responsibilities included driving strategic direction for category management, sourcing and renewals while collaborating with operations and finance teams – using data-driven insights for internal benchmarking and analyzing purchasing behavior to identify alignment with cost-saving initiatives and ESG priorities.

Since 2021, CFO Josh Proctor has managed financial operations for the Golden State Warriors and their affiliates. His tenure includes securing private equity, launching the WNBA’s Valkyries, and expanding Thrive City retail. Previously, he held roles at Nike, the San Francisco 49ers, and Disney. He holds a Stanford MBA, leads a 64-person team, and serves as Board Treasurer for the Warriors Community Foundation, overseeing the franchise’s diverse financial and strategic interests.

Senior procurement leader with 15+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain, gained across automotive, consumer goods, and manufacturing industries. I’
ve lived and worked internationally in China, Italy, and the United Kingdom, developing a strong global and multicultural perspective.

Currently leading the Global Indirect Procurement team at Xylem, with a focus on digital procurement transformation and extended responsibilities for the Coupa ERP deployment.

Billy Riga is Director of Finance Technology at DraftKings, where he leads global finance systems strategy, process automation, and AI enablement. He has over 10 years experience in Finance Transformation initiatives spanning industries and enterprise sizes.

Rob Turner is Chief Procurement Officer at Deliveroo and currently leads Procurement Integration and Transformation across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt following the companies’ combination. He is responsible for building a unified global procurement capability while accelerating digital transformation and value creation. Rob has held senior procurement leadership roles at Amazon, John Lewis Partnership, PepsiCo and Anglo American, and is a recognised speaker on procurement digitalisation.

Nari is Sr. Director of Supply Chain Strategy at Coupa, where he manages the Go to Market strategies for areas of Supply Chain and Direct Spend. Nari Viswanathan is a six times SDCExec Supply Chain Pro to Know award winner. Over the past 20 years, Nari has held VP and Director of Product Management, Research and Marketing roles at various companies. He is an industry thought leader with deep experience in supply chain, procurement and technology.
