Hello! I am a musician from the US state of Georgia. I want to make simple pages available to those who may want to read them. I take a particular interest in simplifying articles for musical compositions and filling out missing yet important categories. I also enjoy patrolling recent changes and new pages since vandalism seems to be a major issue here.

I first became interested in simplewiki on 6 June, 2024 when I created my account here. My first contribution was on 30 September, 2024, with the creation of Violin Concerto No. 1 (Saint-Saëns). My editing was mostly scattered until January 2025 because I was also contributing to enwiki, and life was busier. While I still sometimes work on enwiki, I've decided to focus mostly on simplewiki. This is a very important project, and there is a lot of work to be done. It's also nice to be involved in a tighter nit community.

I am happy to assist newcomers! I will respond to any questions on my talk page as soon as I can. I also check simple-talk fairly regularly, and like helping newbies there.

Contributions

I've created 216 articles, mostly for musical compositions. These include all of the Beethoven piano sonatas, Beethoven symphonies, Haydn symphonies, Mahler symphonies, and much of the Well-Tempered Clavier. I am currently working on the Shostakovich symphonies. My articles are not very long, but I believe a short page of decent quality is far better than nothing. I've also made some fairly significant contributions to composition categories, sorting almost all musical compositions by key and decade of composition.

Outside of content creation, I have used the rollback function 360 times to revert vandalism and tagged 198 pages for quick deletion (with some as A7 endorsements). I've also marked 101 pages as patrolled, but some of these are redirects.
