Information notice Sandbox Update: Loans-Related Fixes (N. Virginia; Dublin, Ireland)

We are rolling out a set of Loans-related fixes and optimizations to the N. Virginia 1, N. Virginia 2, Ireland and Dublin Sandbox environments.

These changes have been widely deployed and tested and are not expected to introduce risk to the Sandbox environments.
