I’m very disappointed with these earrings. They look nice, but the clasp is extremely awkward — it’s almost impossible to fasten them by yourself. It takes too much time and effort, and they don’t feel secure. Definitely not practical for everyday wear.

I received an empty packet, it was ripped open and the earrings I ordered had been taken. San Saru were great, no questions asked, they re-delivered straight away. Customer Service was brilliant!
