The app isn’t really consumer friendly
The app isn’t really consumer friendly. Everything is focused on purchasing new bitcoins.
Actually I realised that my current auto invest plan hasn’t worked out because Relai changed their IBAN without any information about it. I tried to figure out the new IBAN and I was in contact with the support AI, which wasn’t helpful. I’m wondering about the procedure and it’s really annoying.

The IBAN changed due to migration. We informed users about this change directly inside the app and also advised about the new IBAN.If your standing order still uses the old IBAN, it would need to be updated manually in your bank. The currently valid IBAN is always shown in the app when you create a new buy order.

Too Expensive and the App is not…
Too Expensive and the App is not working on the Samaung S24 Ultra as the text field are not shown. Ok sometimes after going 6 to 10 times forward and back again it works. Support asks too much and just dont get it that the fuelds are not shown. Even after screenshots. Somtimes it would be good to have experienced SE on the other side of the chat. And if they would be able to speek (yes ancient phon call) they would save time and me anyway.
