Why are the App Template and App Templates from the Push campaign with the Session Start event not visible?

When the app is opened from scratch after the killed state, all the functions, including Insider, are triggered. In this case, the Insider SDK is being overridden by other functions and it takes time for the app to be opened. This process and case are called race conditions. To avoid this delay, a minimum of 3 seconds should be set so that there is no override, Insider SDK would be loaded properly and the campaigns would become visible.
