    Last update to version 5.4 made the site slow and causing 503 errors. This is terrible. Every time you change something, you break everything. I uninstalled it and will get a better competitor.

    • Did you notice any error messages, either on the WordPress dashboard or in the browser console (Inspect → Console)?
    • Also, which WordPress and PHP versions are you currently using?

    Let’s troubleshoot it together:

    • Could you please tell me what exactly is happening? For example: Are the statistics not updating, showing wrong data, or is the dashboard not loading? the statistics not updating, and the dashboard not is loading . The app froze, it no longer works after the latest update. Could you please fix this
    • Did you notice any error messages, either on the WordPress dashboard or in the browser console (Inspect → Console)? no, any.
    • Also, which WordPress and PHP versions are you currently using? PHP 8.0

    Could you please share with us the error log from your site, as well as the technical site information available under Tools → Site Health → Info?

    It would also be very helpful if you could temporarily enable WP_DEBUG so we can see any error messages that might appear.

    Dear I found about ii – Setting – Maintenance – Troubleshooting:

    Tracker Error[25/04/2025 13:38] 203 Malformed resource URLThe information here above is useful to troubleshoot issues with the tracker. Errors are returned when the tracker could not record a page view for some reason, and are indicative of some kind of malfunction.

    Do you think this could be what is causing the no-tracking issue on my site? If yes, please could you see how fix it? thanks

    Dear, the plugin is working again. I completely uninstalled it from my WooCommerce, cleared the cache, and then reinstalled it, and IT’S WORKING AGAIN. I’m very happy and appreciate your help.
