Are you still having an issue displaying the button on desktop?
Can you check if you have the following options properly configured in the plugin settings page (Settings > WP Call Button)?
– The “Call Now Button Status” is set to active (https://a.supportally.com/83YbZs)
– You have properly added the phone number to call (https://a.supportally.com/VbNoHy)
– The “Show Call Button Only on Mobile devices?” option is not checked (https://a.supportally.com/uRGW0E)
If after these, it’s still not showing, could you share the WordPress theme you are using on the site?
