Hi, my hosting provider suddenly disappeared, and I lost my entire website. I do have an 4years old backup from the free version of Duplicator (around 1.3.3 or something like that). But I can’t restore it because I’m hitting this error on step 2:

    Check Collation Capability: FAIL

    Required collations:

    • utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci: Pass
    • latin1_swedish_ci: Pass
    • utf8mb4_general_ci: Pass
    • utf8_general_ci: Fail

I can switch to any PHP version (7.4 is currently installed), and my MySQL is version 8.0 or higher. I’ve also checked the Legacy option. Is there any way to fix this and get the restore working?
