Grommets are small holes placed on the corners of a banner or any kind of signage that help it sit beautifully when you hang it. They are made out of metal or plastic rings, which are inserted on either side of those corner holes. Our custom banners have grommets in each of the four corners and every two feet (as needed).

Our custom banners are ideal for hanging, so instead of stands, we’ve included grommets to make this easy.

Maximize your vinyl banner’s lifespan by storing it at room temperature, and away from direct sunlight when not in use. Ideally, keep it in a cool, dry place. Although our vinyl banners are tough and made out of heavy-duty matte vinyl and fade-resistant inks, it’s best to minimize how exposed they get to the elements, especially if you’re planning to use them for more than three years.

In general, make sure the text in your design is large (around 72pt. tall) and simple so it’s easy to recognize. But it really depends on how far away the reader will be and how long the message is — so keep it big, keep it brief, and make it bold!
