Frequently asked questions

  • A booklet is a small, thin book made from a few pages bound together with a captivating front cover. They’re ideal for sharing content, such as event information, programmes, catalogs, and promotional materials.

  • In the United States and Canada, our print booklets are available in small (5.5 x 8.5 in) and large (8.5 x 11 in) sizes. In Australia and the European Union, printable booklets are available in A5 (14.8 x 21 cm) and A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) sizes.

Each booklet can include 8 to 24 pages. Your final page count must be in multiples of 4.

  • Our booklets are made of high-quality, standard paper (150–200 gsm) so you can clearly showcase your brand or simply uplift your company. The booklet is then bound with a soft-cover style made from the same material as the other pages, printed with 0.25 inches or 0.635 cm inward from the right edge of the art board.

  • Our booklets are bound with a saddle stitch to keep your pages intact and durable. The collated sheets are folded together, and then bound with single-wire staples along the fold. This type of binding allows your print booklet to stay flat and open, which makes reading easier.

  • When writing your booklet, make sure you include the following:

    • A title - Introduce your booklet with a snappy, engaging title that draws people in. Whether it’s for travel or an introduction for new clients, the title gives you an opportunity to get artistic.
    • Content - The information related to the purpose of your booklet. Short paragraphs, coupled with short sentences and relatable language, are the easiest ways to keep your reader focused until the very end.
    • Images, illustrations, and graphics - Engage your reader with eye-catching visuals that complement your written content. Avoid graphs if possible, and focus on company pictures and on-brand images.
    • Company information - One of the most important parts of a booklet is making sure your company details are clear, present, and accessible.

Above all else, keep in mind your goal or purpose. From the title to the images and even your company description, this goal should resonate throughout every element.

  • Get inspired by our library of free, professionally-designed templates and select your favorite. Then, customize your design based on the goal of your booklet and your business. Don’t forget to send shareable links to colleagues so you can gather feedback throughout the process. For a professional look, use Brand Kit (Pro), designed to help you stay on brand. Once you’re happy, pick your paper style and binding finish, and print your awesome booklet.

Consider the following design tips as you work:

    • Ensure the design is simple and not complicated. The more pictures and text you add, the less likely your reader will stay engaged.
    • Avoid overusing different text styles and types. Stick to 2-3 fonts.
    • Aim to keep the colors of your booklet complementary and on-brand.
  • Shipping times vary between regions, and delivery to more rural areas may be slightly longer compared to metro areas.

    • Economy delivery: Up to 14 business days
    • Standard delivery: Up to 8 business days
