You can have your customized flyers printed and delivered through Canva. Just select Print Invitations from the menu bar above the editor, or the Share menu on a mobile device.

You can check the price of invitations at any time. Simply start your invitation design, then select Print Invitations from the menu bar above the editor, or the Share menu on a mobile device.

The price will be located on the printing menu and will update depending on the options you select, such as size, material, or quantity.

Bulk discounts are automatically applied for larger quantities.

Shipping times vary between regions, and delivery to more rural areas may be slightly longer than to metro areas. Delivery may also take longer if you ordered photo books, banners, or yard signs.

• Standard delivery: Up to 8 business days
• Express delivery: Up to 3 business days

All delivery times include a production time of 1-2 business days. Note that these don’t include weekends and public holidays.

If you’re looking to make a large order, we suggest ordering a lower quantity first to confirm you’re happy with the results.

An invitation should include the basic event details in clear, readable text. Design-wise, aim to include an eye-catching color scheme, plus typography, images, or illustrations—all of which should work together to set the tone of the event.

Avoid making your invitation design too cluttered as you want to make sure it’s easy to read; leaving blank spaces can help balance out the design elements. If your event has a theme, choose elements and graphics that reflect it.

The most popular invitation size is 5 x 7 inches or the A6 paper size. This is a commonly used invitation card size since it follows a portrait orientation and allows more room for text, photos, and other graphic elements needed for custom invitations.

The best material for an invitation is thick cardstock. Use premium or deluxe paper stock with a paper thickness ranging from 15–32 pt thickness to ensure your prints do not bleed through the back of the paper. A higher paper thickness, combined with the best paper finish, also means that the card stock is sturdy enough while looking more elegant and inviting.

It’s your choice! On the checkout screen, you can opt to include standard white envelopes for your invitation card order. Envelopes are not sent by default, so remember to tick the box “Include envelopes in my order” to get them at an additional fee.

RSVP literally means “Repondez, s'il vous plaît” in French, which translates to, “Please respond.” If you’re working with a limited budget or a venue with a limited capacity, it will be helpful for you to include an RSVP on your invitation, as it will give you a closer estimate as to the number of guests you can expect at your event. Make sure you include the contact details for the RSVP but most importantly include a deadline to decline, which means you can still extend an invitation to those who didn’t make the first round of invitees.
