The best paper for magazine printing is thick, glossy paper, as it will bring out the colors in your zine’s designs. Our magazines—the cover and inside pages alike—are printed on premium quality paper, specifically 80# silk cover with gloss UV and 100# silk text. All paper is environmentally sustainable with a thick, luxurious, glossy finish.

We use perfect binding for all our print magazines in order to achieve that classic, newsstand-ready square spine. Our minimum page count is 20 (10 sheets plus the cover) and our maximum page count is 200 (100 sheets plus the cover), so there’s ample space to share your creative genius.

1. Get inspiration from print magazines that are similar to your creative vision. You can even look outside of your creative vision for inspiration elsewhere. Take note of how each magazine presents its covers, the text they use, its layout, and its content.
2. Create a structure for your content (or a content outline) that you can easily manage across multiple issues.
