Overall experience
The best aspects of the app is the ease of implementation and the revenue generating activities that is provided and implemented effectively. Enabling this makes us more money which makes us happy to use the product. Having good short form specified, how-to videos of features, and how-to videos for setting up or debugging common issues would be useful for this type of app.

I like the popups and the ease of creating them but I am unhappy with not being able to slow down the time at which the welcome one pops up. It drives me crazy when other sites that I go to pop up with any kind of question within the first moment I go there before I even had a chance to see their site!

These cost a bit more, but you'll get more powerful triggers to show your popups to the right audience at the right time. Getsitecontrol has been instrumental for us to be able to fully optimise the sign up experience for the customer. We are able to have full control of the set up and also the level of information we receive on the back end is in far greater detail than any other apps offering this feature.

I like the analytics that it provides. It helps know what moves I need to do. I don't like how complex setting up the app is.

The app was easy to set up and integrates well with my store. We were originally using it for both our welcome offer and a referral popup, but we eventually stopped using it for the welcome offer. The reason was that, since we use Klaviyo, we were able to target more prospective customers using Klaviyo's popups in order to trigger abandoned cart flows.

We wanted a non-disruptive, simple Pop up. Something that slides up at a corner like a chat popup and that allows customers to close it and not to see it again. Sitecontrol was the only product that met these specifications. Loved the ease of use and the number of templates they provided. Also the analytics on how many views and how many clicks etc were useful.
