Celebrating a $1 B Milestone for Lockheed Martin Ventures! I’m proud to share that the capacity of our venture fund has grown from $400M to $1B— the largest infusion of capital since we launched in 2007. This milestone reflects the dedication of an extraordinary team and the relentless spirit of innovation across our portfolio. Over the past two decades, Lockheed Martin Ventures has invested more than $500M in 120+ pioneering companies, with 60+ of them now supplying Lockheed Martin and securing $750M+ in contracts with the company. In the last 24 months alone, 25 new companies have joined our portfolio, pushing the frontier in AI, autonomy, quantum computing, directed‑energy, advanced materials, microelectronics, and more. A heartfelt thank‑you to every entrepreneur, engineer, and colleague whose vision and hard work make this possible. Your breakthroughs are accelerating critical technologies from the lab to the Defense Industrial Base, strengthening our national security and creating a resilient industrial ecosystem for the United States and our allies.
