  • Internally, a merger typically makes perfect sense. Externally, it's a different story — and brand architecture is how you align the two. When multiple companies come together under one roof, the instinct is to focus on the product and the deal. But customers don't experience your org chart. They experience your brand. And if that brand isn't structured to tell a clear, coherent story — who you are, what you offer, and how it all fits together — you'll lose them before you ever get the chance to win them. That's exactly what we helped Cadmium solve. 💡 After a series of acquisitions, Cadmium had a powerful suite of products. What they didn't have was a brand architecture that made it easy for customers to understand how those products related to each other, or to the parent brand itself. So we got to work, and: → Simplified the product structure → Replaced internal naming with customer-friendly language → Built a sub-brand architecture designed to scale The result was a clearer customer journey and a brand built to grow — without creating more confusion every time the business does.
