Your site passed QA. A member completed the module - but the course shows it incomplete. It's not a bug. It's a caching rule that was never set. LearnDash pages need to be explicitly excluded from full-page caching by page type. A generic "exclude logged-in users" setting doesn't cover it. Members complete lessons. The site contradicts them. No crash, no error - just a support queue building quietly. On a pre-launch audit we ran for a UK charity, that was the first finding. The full list: - Caching misconfiguration silently breaking course progress tracking - 4 simultaneous users exceeding server capacity (not 400 - four) - Broken Donate and Follow buttons - Course navigation set to Free Form when the FAQ told members it was sequential None of this showed in standard QA. Standard testing checks whether things work. These problems only appear when you test how members actually use the site.
