A lot of the Mythos conversation is focused on what AI can find. The bigger issue is what AI is doing to the speed of the entire attack cycle. That’s the shift security leaders should be paying attention to. As Rohit Unnikrishnan writes, this is no longer just a story about more vulnerabilities or more tools. It is about how quickly adversaries can now identify weaknesses, chain attack paths, and move from discovery to exploitation. In that environment, point-in-time assessments, manual triage, and human-speed response start to break down. That’s why unified exposure management is becoming a boardroom priority.
