Merged revamped menu flyouts in Uno Platform! I started this PR back in 2024, can't describe the relief of finally seeing the *merged* label on this one 😀. It's a complete overhaul of menu flyouts: ✅ Input-adaptive sizing: mouse gets compact menus, touch/pen gets more generous hit targets ✅ Keyboard shortcuts now show up inline in menu items ✅ Improved shadow and submenu UX and hierarchy handling ✅ New SplitMenuFlyoutItem - a split button directly inside a menu flyout ✅ Up to date with latest WinUI sources

A quick update on #UnoEdit, the #AvalonEdit port to Uno Platform. So, we are not only running it on #macOS themed and syntax highlighted, but also with localization support such as Chinese IME. Next, we will move our testing to #Linux, more IME and right-to-left. The source code will be made available soon. Still need some final cleanup to sync up with AvalonEdit repo.
